How pasjackpot Accounts Work

To use pasjackpot, you must open an account. We ask for your email, a password, and basic personal details. Before your first withdrawal, we'll ask you to verify your identity and address—this is called Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You'll upload a valid ID and proof of address (such as a utility bill). We keep your documents secure and use them only to verify your identity and comply with our legal obligations.

Your account is yours alone. You're responsible for keeping your password private and for all activity that happens under your account. If you suspect someone else has accessed your account, contact us immediately. We monitor for suspicious patterns and may freeze your account to investigate, but we'll let you know what we're doing and why.

You must be of legal age to gamble in your jurisdiction to use pasjackpot. We don't knowingly allow underage users. If we discover an account belongs to someone underage, we'll close it and return any funds.

Deposits and Withdrawals on pasjackpot

We support nine payment methods for deposits: DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, and online payment for mobile wallets; e-wallet for alternative digital payment; and mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet for direct bank transfers. When you deposit, the funds move from your payment method to your pasjackpot balance. Deposits via mobile wallets typically process within moments. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing time.

Once your funds are in your pasjackpot account, you can use them to enter slot tournaments on Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, and Mahjong Ways; place bets in our sportsbook (covering Liga 1, Piala Indonesia, Piala AFF, and other leagues); or play live casino games like blackjack, roulette, and baccarat.

Deposit note: When you deposit on pasjackpot, the funds belong to you. They're held separately from our operating funds. If pasjackpot ever becomes insolvent, your deposit funds are protected and will be returned to you.

To withdraw, you request a withdrawal to your chosen payment method. We process withdrawals during standard business hours. We may verify your identity before processing a withdrawal—this is part of our anti-money-laundering obligations. Once we approve your withdrawal, the funds are sent to your payment method. Timings depend on your bank or payment provider, not pasjackpot.

You can only withdraw to a payment method registered under your own name. We can't send funds to someone else's account. If you've used a payment method to deposit, you can withdraw to that same method. If you want to withdraw to a different method, contact our support team to arrange it.

Bonuses and Special Offers on pasjackpot

From time to time, we run special offers—deposit bonuses, free tournament entries, or bonus balance. When we advertise a bonus, we spell out the conditions. Bonuses are not free money—they come with rules about how you can use them and when you can withdraw them. pasjackpot is not responsible for delays or failures caused by your payment provider, your bank, internet connection issues, or your own device. These are outside our control. If you experience a problem with a deposit or withdrawal, check with your bank or payment provider first—often the issue is on their side.

We undertake to protect your data using industry-standard encryption and security protocols.
We monitor all activity on pasjackpot for fraud and suspicious patterns. If we detect abuse, we may suspend or close your account.
We are not liable for indirect losses—for example, if you couldn't access pasjackpot during a major event like Liga 1 finals or Idul Fitri, and you missed an opportunity, we're not responsible for that loss.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdictions where pasjackpot operates. Any dispute with pasjackpot is subject to those laws.
